Mouth technique: The thread is anchored in the mouth, looped in the hands, and drawn over the skin’s surface to remove hair. This method, originating from the Far East, is known as the Asian or single looped method.

 

Neck technique: Similar to the mouth technique, but the thread is anchored around the neck. Originating from the Middle East, it's also known as the Arabian or single looped method. This method is not used by Bianka Beaute.

Managing different hair types

Each client's hair density varies, so we adjust the tension of the thread accordingly.

For coarser hair types, we apply more tension to ensure effective removal without breakage.

Additionally, before threading, any long hair is trimmed to about ¼ cm to enhance comfort during the service.

If removing hair from the ears or nose, trimming is also done beforehand, with careful support provided to the area for optimal results.

Facial service

For the face service, Bianka emphasizes extra care due to facial skin's sensitivity, which can lead to complications if not handled properly, such as skin removal or hyperpigmentation, particularly in darker skin tones.

Clients are positioned semi-reclined with a towel for protection.

After thorough cleansing, warm wax is applied to the upper lip in sections, following natural hair growth.

Removal is done against hair growth, with pressure applied afterward to minimize discomfort.

A top-lip wax typically takes 5 minutes, chin and throat wax 10 minutes, and lip and chin wax 15 minutes.

To prevent skin removal, small removal strips are used, with a new strip for each area.

If treating both the lip and chin, the chin area is treated last.

Dark superfluous facial hair may require treatment on the sides of the face as well.

Eyebrow service

At Bianka Beaute, eyebrows are treated as part of the facial waxing service, typically taking around 10–15 minutes.

To begin, Bianka carefully studies the eyebrows to determine their final shape and proportions.

Unwanted hair is then separated from the natural brow line, starting between the brows where the skin is firmer, allowing the client to adjust to the sensation.

Using a small spatula, a thin layer of wax is applied to remove unwanted hair in small sections, followed by gentle removal with a clean strip.

This process is repeated until all unwanted hair is removed.

Finally, a soothing antiseptic cream is applied, and any remaining stray hairs are removed with sterile tweezers, leaving the desired finished look.

Neck and face applications

Bianka extends wax depilation services to other areas of the neck and face, such as neckline tidying or sideburn removal, while strictly adhering to facial service guidelines to ensure safety and efficacy.
